2. No Guarantees or Warranties

Lifestyle Freedom makes no guarantees regarding:

• Personal or professional outcomes

• Specific results from implementing advice

You understand that results depend on multiple factors including your effort, consistency, and external circumstances.

3. Client Responsibility and Participation

You agree that:

• You are fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and results

4. Session Attendance, Cancellations and Rescheduling

5. Fees, Refunds and Service Delivery

• No refunds will be issued for lack of participation or dissatisfaction with outcomes

7. No Professional-Client Relationship

• No fiduciary, advisory, or professional-client relationship is created

• Lifestyle Freedom does not act as a financial advisor, legal advisor, or regulated professional

All services are provided in a coaching and consulting capacity only.

8. Confidentiality

Lifestyle Freedom will treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose such information unless:

• Required by law

• Necessary to deliver services

You agree not to share proprietary materials, frameworks, or content provided during engagements.

9. Termination of Services

Lifestyle Freedom reserves the right to terminate services where:

• There is abusive, inappropriate, or non-cooperative behaviour
